He has to realize that he has die hard followers that know all his bits, so don't try to fool us with "new"bits which are just rehashes of "old" bits, just substituting "Dairy Queen" for "Stone Cold Creamery"

Uh, bro. I don't know if you know this but comedians have 'routines' that they do in different cities and specials. This was an earlier bit of his, possibly when he created the joke. The Cold Stone Creamery was a redone version if I'm not mistaken.

But yeah, if you're mad about comedians having routines then I've got bad news for you. They all do.

@MUNJAK5 It's not "rehashed" ... it's the same sketch. All comedians slightly change their sketches, many times depending on WHERE the show is being held. For example, when referring to places, many comedians change the name to a place that the particular audience would be most familiar with.

@MUNJAK5 Basically, this is the same joke. I don't think he's trying to fool anyone by passing it off as "new". Cold Stone, DQ, who cares? They're both ice cream places, they both work in the context of the joke. It's a tried-and-true bit with a slight alteration. I've heard him use DQ before, and Cold Stone before, and never once did I think, "Damn you, Pinette, I see what devilry you're up to!"
