People always ask me how I stay so slim (5.2% body fat!). I don't tell them my workout routine, I tell them that I drink water. Lots of water.

I got through at least 2.5 litres of water a day, and that's no lie. Instead of loading my body with sugar, acid and unnatural colours, I CLEAN my body daily.

The trips to the bathroom and to the tap to fill my bottle are well worth it. You might even get some exercise on the way!

This is 100% True, I was ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS sick and FATigued.

I would sleep 10-14 hrs, and literally force myself to get out of bed, because I'd still feel FATigued. But since I've been following Mr.Robbins advice on all his principles (Not just health)... I can tell you, I feel much much better. I don't get headaches anymore, I don't take allergy/headache medicine, and my heartburn is gone too.

Actually there are thousands of private islands that you can own and live the dream. I live with multiple of them out my front door here in Vanuatu next to Fiji.

True Wheatgrass is great and very alkaline, I love it. When I was at Tony Robbins life mastery event in Fiji they told us not to drink too much wheatgrass. They actually limited us to only 2 serving a day and warned us that if we drink too much then it would over detox us and overwhelm our system. The draw back is that you cant drink a gallon a day.With Ionized Alkaline water your body love it when you drink lots of water!

But try young leaves , they are full of sunlight, a sweet taste and have a lot of power, useful for neutralise the toxics (caused by whitebread, refined sugars chocolate) within the body and to nourish you with a lot of useful minerals, proteins and naturally sugars. young fresh grass is very sweet if you chew it well. A lot of good stuff there from Tony. I'm sure he got this from the Edgar Cayce material on the alkaline diet which stems back to the 1920s to 1945. Certainly changes your energy levels. Also note, keep alkaline and you're more or less immune to flus and colds. Or if you get the cold or flu, alkalize to kill it off faster. I'm trying wheat grass powder now in a pint of water, which apparenlty is very alkaline.

Health is not crazy and endulging is not necessary.. I agree with the alkalizing part but the lets fall off the healthy diet to put crap in the body seems like a bad idea. Giving people a open door to keep eating junk. Addictions are out there. We all are addicts of sugar and processed foods. I would have not let someone influence on eating ice cream. Zig, Zag, call it what you want - I often hear people telling us to eat healthy on the hand and indulge ourselves on the other. It's a confusing message any way you look at it and it's nothing other than rationalizing eating foods that are unhealthy for you but you don't the taste of them. Does a preacher tells to follow the ways of God, but zag toward sin when we feel the need? Same principle here.
