I've heard nothing but bad comments and bad reviews about AT&T. I've been with AT&T for seven years now and I never ever had a single problem with that.
When I signed up for yahoo/AT&T internet they joined my yahoo email account to my AT&T account. Then my yahoo account got hacked. Now I becuase they are linked, it's impossible to a change my yahoo password. If I know I can cancel AT&T without loosing my yahoo email, they will be gone FOREVER. Try there cell phone. They took over celular1 and right after there towers where down so much I could only get a weeks service out of a months time. Once they tried telling me cause I said seems everyone in towns having the same issue, they said everyones phones must be broken. Bout 6 months after I dropped them they admitted tower problems and bragged up the fact they where adding new ones. They did and friends of mine are still having (better) but near the same. AT&T sucks ass.

i called them to get my data removed they removed my text so i call them the next day to get it back on when i realized it was off they put it back on then its back off AGAIN not by my concent so i had to call them back today.. and i wasnt trying to snap because she was someone diff. they gave me late fees and charged me because i they switched it up... and then i called back and had to snap to get them to take that off ..
At&t DSL is not Unlimited anymore. 150gb per month cap allowed . there stock is doing really well still. just make sure you keep an eye on how much your using daily

Little tiny spots on the edge? That's the only REAL coverage they still have, and that only counts when their towers aren't down and they answer it by blaming the customers phones.

My dad used to have a cell phone from his employers, and it had AT&T. So me and him went on a canoe trip, and when we were done, he tried calling my mom to pick us up. But because the phone had AT&T, he had no bars at all. He had to walk up a nearby mountain to get service. A MOUNTAIN.
OMG today I ordered the LG xenon from at&t, and they asked for my moms credit card number, and they charger her from her bank account, then there COMPUTER backed up. AT&T blows! I have an AT&T phone and my internet service with them as well. My modem died and when I called their Customer Service # I couldn't understand a word they were saying (sounded like they were from India), the connection sucked and to top it all off they hung up on me twice! I can't even begin to tell you how many of my calls get dropped.

They said because my company has no credit history I have to pay a 9000 dollar deposit!! I don't see how you guys think at&t is slow and it sucks. I do have Verizon Wireless but I am a fromer at&t costumer. I wouldn't say that they suck. Also they do have a pretty fast 3G network. I know someone that was txting some one (they had at&t) and it seemed like she had just sent the message and already had one back from the person. But I do like Verizon Wireless better. I have never had AT&T landline, cable, or DSL. But I have had AT&T wireless formerly Cingular. I thout the wireless service was great and they had good service. But I switched to Verizon Wireless and they have way better wireless service in thge USA than any other wireless company. But if Verizon Wireless went under I would switch to AT&T. But I do think it is dumb how AT&T says they have better service world wide when most costumers wont use their phone out of the US.

That company has the most upright horrible internet connection I have ever seen. Every afternoon and night time our internet disconnects ever 3-5 minutes for more then 3 hours. Disconnection and World of warcraft do not go together. If I could i would put poison gas canasters through out all they're business complexes.
TWC has gotten better there service center has gotten a lot better. I recommend that if you ever needed a home phone again you might want to try digital phone its really good. And you cant deny that TWC has the fastest internet services so far.

The tech double billed you so he could get MORE time for the install. the reason is, at&t management cuts install times to add more work into the day, with no logic of where they see fit to do so. They in turn write up and fire folks that install slow.
If they bill more they get back the real needed time.
The only reaction to this fact will be at&t hurting techs for billing wrongly, NOT Giving fair times!

Let me tell you a experience with at&t dsl internet. I got these bs charges on my dsl net bill. And what I saw was absolutely bs! I got charged for a bs monthly cellphone voice-mail service I did not subscribe to. How can at&t let their customers be swindled and conned by these tele-com thieves. Yes this reminds me of the Eron swindlers who conned the "little people" out of their hard earned money so they can have one more car in they million dollar mansion.

AT&T is okay one time I had screwed up router from AT&T I setup the replacement and called them asking for the return label. I got a apologize for the inconvenience and I will mail you a new return label. 3 weeks went still no label Now I'm billed for this issue and I've been on hold for 2-3 hours and it gets disconnected thanks alot AT&T you ruined my day

My dad used to have a cell phone from his employers, and it had AT&T. So me and him went on a canoe trip, and when we were done, he tried calling my mom to pick us up. But because the phone had AT&T, he had no bars at all. He had to walk up a nearby mountain to get service. A MOUNTAIN.

OMG today I ordered the LG xenon from at&t, and they asked for my moms credit card number, and they charger her from her bank account, then there COMPUTER backed up. And so now it's frozen, and its happening in the STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS so now even though my mom was charged we have to waait untill the computer works, and I CAN ACUALLY USE MY EFFEN PHONE. Oh i'm so mad.

AT&T blows! I have an AT&T phone and my internet service with them as well. My modem died and when I called their Customer Service # I couldn't understand a word they were saying (sounded like they were from India), the connection sucked and to top it all off they hung up on me twice! I can't even begin to tell you how many of my calls get dropped.

i work for dsl tech support and is a IT and network admin connection always drops from any provider and the equiptment they provided is not always the best. i have dsl and never have a problem. you have to think if it drops then it means interfernce. replace the wall jacks most people phone lines are old thats why when you get cable its better because they ran a new cable in your home and by a netgear dsl/modem router and you will be fine i did

Yeah, their customer service sucks!! I wanted to transfer my personal number to my NEW company name. Still my phone, same plan, just in my companies name. They said because my company has no credit history I have to pay a 9000 dollar deposit!! Oh, but they didn't say this until I had spoke to them on the phone twice, and visited the store twice! 9000 dollars for a cell phone?!! I said that's how much you pay on a building not a damned phone! I told them they just lost a customer. Peace!

I don't see how you guys think at&t is slow and it sucks. I do have Verizon Wireless but I am a fromer at&t costumer. I wouldn't say that they suck. Also they do have a pretty fast 3G network. I know someone that was txting some one (they had at&t) and it seemed like she had just sent the message and already had one back from the person. But I do like Verizon Wireless better. I am just saying at&t isn't horrible. Actually if something was to happen to Verizon I would switch to at&t.

I have never had AT&T landline, cable, or DSL. But I have had AT&T wireless formerly Cingular. I thout the wireless service was great and they had good service. But I switched to Verizon Wireless and they have way better wireless service in thge USA than any other wireless company. But if Verizon Wireless went under I would switch to AT&T. But I do think it is dumb how AT&T says they have better service world wide when most costumers wont use their phone out of the US.

now im a fomer AT&T employee, AT&T´s DSL is so horrible and their phone service is old and always failing and losing sync to the central offices, their technical support is outsourced and untrained with new "tools" that are still in beta stages, new tools for testing signals for god sakes! and thats just a drop in the bucket, AT&T is an epic fail for both employees and customers!

hey i work for ATT tech support and they treat their employees like shit! they gave us new "tools" that are useless
how are we supposed to help the customer like that! and then last week there was an outage with the MPS and members were unable to reset their passwords, AT&T told us employees that an ambush on the automated system was supposed to inform the customers about the outage, that turned out to be a lied when i asked a customer with a pw reset issue if he heard about the outage

That company has the most upright horrible internet connection I have ever seen. Every afternoon and night time our internet disconnects ever 3-5 minutes for more then 3 hours. Disconnection and World of warcraft do not go together. If I could i would put poison gas canasters through out all they're business complexes.

TWC has gotten better there service center has gotten a lot better. I recommend that if you ever needed a home phone again you might want to try digital phone its really good. And you cant deny that TWC has the fastest internet services so far.
