How can you smoke weed without becoming addicted? I know people who can, but I certainly could not. I smoked for a couple of months and almost wasn't able to stop. I smoked every day, at least 100 grams a month and was wasted 24/7. I couldn't think of anything else besides weed. I completely lost control.
Only an intervention of friends helped me to get off of it. I love weed so much but I can't smoke it anymore, it really controlled my life.

I am 18 years old. smoked over 5g a day for 1 year and 9 months straight no breaks. had to stop cold turkey for nursing school 60 days before august. anybody who says marijuana is not addictive... yea you are right... it isn't addictive. but does it have withdrawals.... my brain has been ruined, my study capabilities have decreased dramatically, and the worst part of everything would be the SEVERE!!!! and i mean SEVERE!!!! insomnia... 3 days without sleep ... all for legalize. but moderation.

How can you smoke weed without becoming addicted? I know people who can, but I certainly could not. I smoked for a couple of months and almost wasn't able to stop. I smoked every day, at least 100 grams a month and was wasted 24/7. I couldn't think of anything else besides weed. I completely lost control.
Only an intervention of friends helped me to get off of it. I love weed so much but I can't smoke it anymore, it really controlled my life.

I know that there are plenty of people who can work, and work thoroughly, even when intoxicated, but if you find something to do that requires you as an individual to go without, do it without, and know that you'll always have time to toke every now and again. I've been there, so I got a second job, and now I don't even think about it except once a month. Last weekend.

Don't be telling thre Big drug company to loose money on pain killers. There is close to a Trillion dollars spent on Pain killers. For a person on pain killers it cost about $500.00 a month for the pain killers. Marijuana would cost about $20.00 a month. The big Drug companys will never let Marijuana out to be used as a pain killer for that would make them loose about a Trillion Dollars a yr. on pain killers. the Drug company could spend over a Trillion dollars to stop Marijuana from being used.

The Government WANT it TAXed, they WANT you to pay them for an agricutural crop that grows freely in the enviroment. They just couldnt get the copyright on the plant/herb so they made it illegal, NOW there are many new genetic strains which CAN be copyrighted. It was brought here in the form of seeds in the days of the pioneers because cannabis ruderalis has a very strong hemp fiber which can be used for clothing, rope, sails, etc. Additionally the oils were used in cooking and for lubricating wheels. Marijuana is a term originating from the 30's when the first government propaganda occurred. Reefer Madness was the title of that film.
