Hi Sue, I had to quit the Humira in the end as I had a swollen lymph gland in my armpit and the humira made it worse. Every time I took the Humira ALL my lymph nodes would hurt and I felt incredibly unwell with it. I had always found, however, that the Humira made me feel much worse for a few days every single time I took it, I just never knew why until the Lyme diagnosis.
It does work at suppressing the immune system, but at what cost if you have Lyme?...Something only you can decide.
Hi Ruth, Did you quit the Humira? Happy you feel well!!! You look great and happy. : ) I have either Lyme or Post Lyme Syndrome and bad psoriasis...and Psoriatic arthritis. So I started Humira and the psoriasis, which was awful, is completely under control. But.....I've been more exhausted again. Just want your opinion on this stuff. It's always a toss up, isn't it? Sue
