@thedjskay1 JOJ never really trained PL Specific and in singly ply suits put up over 2000lb totals at 220lb bodyweight where Stan competed at 275 big difference and STAN trains with one of the best PL gyms and teams training specific for PL and JOJ doesnt have a team like that infact this is the first time he ever trained using Chains, Bands and other PL techniques so IDK if he is a great PL however anyone who RAW DL over 800lb at 220bodyweight which only a handfull of PL have ever done is good?

@rfclub so much drugs and supplements they just need to pump the muscles it seems with some heavy weights...all that said huge JOJ fan and the powerlifting workouts were damn inpressive and motivational and 832 was a good lift would have loved to see if he could have hit like 845
@rfclub His technique is good, if it wasn't, he wouldn't have built such a great physique. There is no "proper technique" in bodybuilding. "Proper technique" is just whatever works for you. He found what works for him, so his technique is actually really good judging from his physique. And you obviously don't need full range of motion to get big, it would help, but alot of pro bodybuilders don't need to do it. They know what works for them and alot of them train instinctively...
@RJORRIS technique just isn't that important when you have the genes for it. friend of mine NEVER TOUCHES weights, he just plays tennis. yet he's 5'10 225, with probably around 12% body fat. sure one arm is noticeably bigger, but the rest of his body is still muscular as shit.
@RJORRIS i on the other hand, read up a lot on technique, eat well, work out 3x a week lifting heavy and changing up my routine, and progress for me will remain slow for the rest of my life (unless i supplement my body's naturally lower amount of testosterone) i'll still never have bigger calves/forearms than aforementioned friend.
