the crashpad (long silver piece) is very hard to remove use care and take your time and pry with a wide blade. Pull hard straight back toward you.

go to Crutchfield com they include the din, wiring harness, instructions, and a tech line for help.
Great video, but does not state the difficulty in removing the crashpad, (Long silver piece
that is pried). I'm sure the second time it is done the job becomes easier, but i was
afraid of cracking the crashpad even with leverage. I've seen replacement units for about
$60 on E-bay. Stereo places quoted me $180 just to remove unit to see if they could
remove stuck CD.

2006 sonata had 2 jammed cd's in it, used your vid to take the radio out... No go still broken. CHEAP HYUNDAI JUNK RADIO.
