Just to bring everyone up to date on the HST. The legislation that was passed to implement this tax, had a clause that says it can't be repealed for at least four years. So slagging any of the provincial opposition or whomever might replace this douchebag is not valid since they would be tied into it for that period of time. Another slick move by this habitual liar.

Only two provinces in Canada has decided upon the tax. The rest of Canada including Quebec refused to accept such taxes. So why would the whole country go on strike given it only concerns two provinces??
Also there were protest, but the govt officials would not back down from the tax. No matter what you do, the govt will just implement it.
SaY no to B.C HST. Campbell mislead us in the campaign. I've already lost 20 percent of my wages to keep my job. I'll now probably lose it becuase of the HST. Even if I don't I can't afford the extra taxes. Recall the liberals now!.
