Your videos are definitely going to help me get this job! I am so confident and have a gut feeling about this! Usually interviews are so nerve-wrecking but after watching your helpful tutorials I am now ready and actually anxious for an interview! Thank you very much sir!
I know you receive comments like this one all the time, but I believe in giving credit where its due. After a long struggle job searching, I finally got my dream job and your videos without doubt played a huge part in my success in the interview. I'm leaving this comment on this page because I believe the advice in this particular video helped me most. Thanks so much Brian!
Hi Brian, I have watched lots of your videos and have gotten great help from them. I wanted to find more about you and see the comprehensive list of the videos and tips, but your website doesn't seem to be very user-friendly in those respect. I was a little lost in your website, as I wasn't sure what the purpose/function of this website was offering, although it seems like it could be a great resource for many people. Just wanted to throw it out there.
@rrongu88 - I am no longer directly involved in CollegeGrad, so it is no longer my site. The new owners have made changes to the site. I'm sorry it doesn't work well for you.
Brian, thank you for all these great vids! I was wondering for every question should you give an example to back up your answer or should you only give an example if the interviewer asks for it? Thank you!
@i8naruto - best approach is to always use an example to back up your statements. If you feel that the interviewer is looking for a shorter answer, you can simply pause at the end of your initial answer before giving your example to give the interviewer the opportunity to interrupt. However, if they are a behavioral interviewer, their next question will likely be: "Can you give me an example of that?"
Thank you Brian, I am watching your Interview Tips from New Zealand in preparation for an important interview next week and they have made me feel more prepared.
@MrRudiger - your answers should be uniquely your own. Different people can have similar lead-ins to the answer "Because I'm the best person for the job..." yet what makes your answer uniquely your own is your personal behavioral examples that back up your statement. And trust me, most people aren't taking the time to prepare for the interview, they are simply winging it. Good for you for taking the time to prepare. Just that simple step will put you above most of the competition.
people belive me because of his videos i got an excellent job, his worlds really boosted my confident, practice what he say's again n again i think u can convince anyone, i'm an indianand i congratulate him 4 helping us to feel confident.
What can we say if we don't have any examples due to lack of experience or maybe experience that is unrelated? i usually say " your company has a great team of workers who look professional and friendly, something that i would like to be a part of " or something like that, is this good?
@StunnedMoose - not a good answer. Why should I hire YOU? Not why do you want to work for us. Tell me something about yourself that makes you well qualified (ideally, uniquely qualified) for this role.
I was been ask this questions in interviwes repeatedly and had no idea how to find the best answersor . Who to ask for.....and Thanks God i found now.
I love Brian Kreuger. He has all the answers for the questions I never knew how to answer. I bring a strongly formatted resume but the followup on the interview was always lacking. With his video series I know how to cleanup the areas that I am weak in. Thank You so much Brian Kreuger!
