I think both Gary and Petey are closet cases and display very different reactions to homosexuality. Gary displays himself in a very masculine way while accusing Petey of being gay to direct any gay related attention away from himself. Petey is more isolated from people and denies being gay when accused, but implies homosexual tendancies every now and then.

How can you be homophobic and enjoy the theatrical humor Bully at the same time? The creators of Bully are obviously open minded about homosexuality (otherwise, it wouldn't be in the game).
