Folks, 'Industrial' music was music released on the Industrial Label. Its an epithet misappropriated from that misunderstanding.

If Kollaps was a sort of experimental use of 'non-musical' tools or similar ilk, then EN have moved into wider & less restrictive soundscapes as Silence Is Sexy is a good example thereof. As is this.

Sorry, but I get sick of the mis-representation of sound that the word Industrial implies. I'll get off my soapbox now.

Einsturende Neubauten are legends in the game of Industrial Music and should be appreciated for their unique sound approach with so many different ways to produce sounds and noises which make up their music. Maybe one day they will tour the U.S. again and I will be able to attend the show.
