actually, most scientists in the 70s were predicting global warming, not cooling.
during the 70s 7 papers were published in scientific journals that predicted cooling...while *FOURTY FOUR* were publishing that predicted global warming.
time magazine is definitely NOT a scientific journal and is not a basis for judging scientific consensus at any given time.

This guy has no idea about science or global warming. Global warming is caused by increased co2 (and other gas) in our atmosphere which traps more sun rays in our ozone layer, which in turn warms the planet. Climate change relates to the general changes of our planets climate. Global warming causes climate change and if our planet increases in temperature, this means extreme weather, hotter in some places, COLDER in other, such as in England which is going to freeze in the next 40 or so years
your fucked do your research , in the earth natural carbon cycle the oceans emit way more CO2 than all human emmisions on a daily basis if you actually took the time to research these things and get all your information from an inconvient truth then maybe your opinion would matter
