I was tempted to write-in for Ron Paul since he didn't appear on our ballots here in San Antonio Texas, but I couldn't face the possibility of wasting a vote when we have to ensure McCaint doesn't make it in the White House. The thought alone makes me sick to my stomach.

With all due respect, Paul is attacking their strong convictions and human nature would dictate their response.
Ron Paul makes some value points & no doubt offers more intelligent content and points outs valid broken policies more than any Democrat candidate. But his views on us policing the world, our foreign policy just turns people off. We are inaudated daily by the libs with their frankly, anti american dissent. His timing with that issue makes him irrevelant to many & he is dismissed.

While trying to find this video to response to you, I ran across a title where Bill Maher is a fan. Personally that did not help with his reputation and I suspect he is a fan due to his criticism of our foreign policy..again Maher leaves a sour taste in many people's mouth. It is sad because Paul has many valid pts as I pointed out earlier. If we can get the anti-war crowd out of his fanbase, the great points he brings to the table can be heard and addressed.

I like Ron Paul and he would make a great Secretary of the Treasury or Fed Chairman thou he lacks a Phd. But that's his strength and he is not a well rounded politician.
