  • One of the Colts best receivers.

  • I'm a Utah fan and a Colts fan, and he is very good and he is Canadain :O

  • @77Happy77 hes not canadain! he was born in cally

  • @dxjdog He's from Hamilton according to NFL.com

  • @77Happy77 oh sorry he is from Hamilton his home is EL Dorado Hills CA.

  • @77Happy77 my f****** mistake :D

  • Try Asian women **busizz4me.info**

  • @TheOmegaEffect Its funny that you guys talk all this trash but if that makes you guys feel better about sitting the bench in high school football for years straight, then go ahead. Hes making millions right now while you live with your mother and play Xbox all day long.

  • @michaelbarrettm107 Thats everything i said you moron. Have some origonality and think of your own comebacks, don't use the exact same things that i just said.

  • @TheOmegaEffect 1 before the concussion, 3 after.

  • @Gamebox27 1 before, 3 after? lol...awesome response. and ripping on clapton? that guy can go listen to some ke$ha "bro," cause clapton is classic. this video taught me that the little white dude has always been able to ball. even after the concussion, he will be a manning favorite til his contract is done.

  • @Gamebox27

That's hillarious. I wonder how many more hits he can take.

  • R.I.P Austin Collie.

    11/11/85 - 11/7/10

  • @afkaz dude he didnt die

  • My fantasy team and I just love this guy! But seriously, he's got style and is probably the type of guy used to being underestimated.

Understated - just like Clapton's music.

  • yeah cuz this music is shitty for a football highlight

  • @IAMELLIOTWILLIAMS I've heard far worse.

  • 2:55 nice block

  • Im glad watkins got in on the highlights as though he was collie?

  • @readyjojoy Collie made a block on the guy chasing him on that play against Boise State. I compiled a Watkins reel as well.

  • I played against this dude in high school.....He was a man amongst boys.

  • Austin Collie is ok. (16)BYU beat (17)Oregon State and (22)Utah.

  • He's very good. Looking forward to him winning today!

  • Good player, glad to have him in the Colts

  • watch?v=ye-Pdlk-kpU&feature=related

10 min highlight of Austin Collie's greatness

  • I had him rated as one of the top 5 receivers coming out of last year's draft and peeople thought i was delusional.

  • hell yeah he is up there with crabree and harven he looks like first round talent to me, colts got a steal

  • 2009's Rookie of the Year

  • welcome to the colts kid =)

  • sickest white boy ever

  • hes a 24 year old man

  • excellent observation

  • this is the best WR BYU has ever had

  • thats the future for the colts at wide out

  • I played against his brother Justin. That family is talented. Oak Ridge is stacked with guys like them

  • I love watching collie on the colts, but as a BYU fan, part of me wishes he finished it out heh

  • yee oak ridge all the way

  • OAK RIDGE!!!!!!!!!

  • austin collie's brother goes to my highschool. he is also good at football

  • Austin Collie is helping The colts big time Garcon and wayne r doing awesome too

  • For those not familiar with Austin Collie, he's BYU's all-time leading receiver and he set that record in only THREE years of playing. He left one year early for the NFL, was drafted in the 4th round by Indy and according to Indy coaches, looks like he'll start as a rookie.

To all Collie haters (and you know who you are), just remember, Collie ain't talented!

    Ha! Ha!

  • yea, he got the starting slot posistion this week, he should be open alot with reggie and gonzo on the outside, reggie will take the double team gonzo will beat his single coverage 90% of the time, collie will be forgotten about and should make some big plays...look for him on 3rd down ;)...colts are the dark horse this year, people think their streak is over...those people will be suprised when they see the colts in the SB

  • his little brother dylan is on my team swear to god...hes ok but not going to be nearly as good as austin i dont think...

  • my brother kyle dayton played with austin, and yes the plaque near the flag pole for kyle dayton is my brother

  • haha you go to oak ridge? me too lol yuh i didnt know his bro was this good...

  • shut up alaska.

  • just that this guy is on the Colts, along with Curtis Painter form Purdue who has a GREAT arm. The Colts are looking GOOD with him at receiver, he'll compliment Anthony Gonzalez PERFECTLY..

  • austin collie n the colts r a perfect fit hes gonna be a great nfl wr

  • Nice catch and throw at 1:55

  • YEAH that should be a good pick up for PEYTON my colts are going TO ROCK THIS SEASON

  • Austin Collie's the greatest WR BYU ever had. he clocked a 4.45 in his freshman year.

  • wow, hes a steal for my Colts! :0

  • He's got great hands and moves.

  • hes canadian you all!

  • His dad's from San Jose, CA, and he played high school ball in El Dorado Hills, CA, just 22 miles east of Sacramento. He was born in Canada, but this is because his father, Scott, played in the CFL

  • GO COLTS!!

  • im a colts fan n this guy is a steal its amazing he was under the radar

  • well maybe he can be the next wes welker

  • The Next Wes Welker???? Don't see that comparison at all. Collie is much bigger and faster.

Collie is a stud, and Peyton Manning got himself another sweet weapon who is obviously underrated.....

  • Wes Welker?! Please

There is no such thing as a "Welker" receiver. Welker is a Stokley. Thats right Brandon Stokley the original slot machine.

Thats who Collie is going to be, Brandon Stokley, only he will stay healthy.

  • Stokley and Collie are nothing alike unless you are considering one thing

Collie can play on the outside, hes not just a slot receiver, Gonzo is best suited for the slot

  • Peyton has been acknowledged Gonzalez as an outside receiver. I am pretty sure he knows what he is talking about...

  • happens all the time, colts draft someone no one is talkin bout...and he turns out to be a pro bowler, or HOF, loook at mathis, bethea, gonzo (people were talkin bout ginn), the edge...list goes in, bill polian is a genious....what i like about collie is not only is he a great reciver but is a great football player and a great person

  • he led the nation in receiving last year, was there in the 4th round , a no brainer, dont know why people werent interested in him

  • I also watched his combine work out and it just seemed like he was way more focused and reactive than some of the other WRs. He'll have an awesome career.

  • this kid can play.

  • Wow. I wish the Broncos picked up Collie. I dont mean this racially and all but I usually see African Americans at the wide receiver position. I think a Caucasian wide receive in the NFL is pretty cool (i know there is only a handful).

  • His legs just keep on moving!!!! its goin to b funny seein 3 receiver sets and 2 white dudes lined up(him and gonzo), if/when collie gets playing time. He seems like the perfect colts slot dude, great hands, quick, crisp routes, and seems like he got good awareness,, Thats the type of receiver Peyton loves! it all about timing

  • 1:55 tell me that doesnt look like a Peyton-Marvin connection

  • they took him in the forth round and he actually ran a 4.63 but who cares about speed when you got hands and routes

  • This guy is amazing! I'm glad the colts picked Austin. when they did pick him I had never heard of him. By the way what song is this?

  • @weaponx155 Catch Me if You Can by Eric Clapton (I just looked up a song with "Catch" in it). I'm not a really good music selector. Many of my vids don't even have a track. Someone can rip this video off and post a new one with new music for all I care. I'll probably enjoy it more than the one I made.

  • little tidbit: when Collie left on a 2 year mission, ESPN made him a highlight DVD and sent it to him as a going away present.

  • Austin is a great receiver. Tough! There is a young man out of Alta High School named Skyler Mayne that will follow in his footsteps very soon! The kid is tough and is a true playmaker. Just watched his video.

  • go alta

  • A couple of notes about Collie: The first clip against Notre Dame was his first game as a true freshman. He has been money since he stepped on campus. All the clips with the crappy unis was from his freshman year.

As far as 2007 goes (e.g., the Tulsa game) he was less than a year off a 2 year mission and played on a bad ankle all year. Typically, players will RS after a mission, and he was a step slow all year. This year he was finally in shape and it showed with 10 straight 100 yard games.

  • He has a knack for seeing the field on returns, and was great at that last year. He is a cocky SOB, and is a very hard worker (actually worked himself into a stress fracture on his lower leg last summer).

He was a frosh All American, an All American as a junior, and was perhaps the best receiver in BYU history. Indy got themselves a good one.

  • First of all what a stupid song. Second Collie has game speed and runs great routes. His 40 time was not great, 4.6, but he does have great acceleration just not a high top speed.

He is a good return guy who was always a threat to go the distance. Colts got a great pick but wouldn't call him a steal. Don't forget he's 24.

  • he ran in the high 4.4s and 4.5

  • age is maturity... great for a wr

  • the colts got a real steal outta this guy

  • yeaaah goin to the Colts baby!

  • I noticed he is more of a long pass reciever. the colts could get some good use out of this. And hopfully win the super bowl. OH YEA

  • another weapon for manning!

what do u guys think about the colts 2009 draft so far

  • kid looks siiiiiccckkk... great find mr. polian! MINI-STOKLEY!

  • Yo Gamebox do you think he's a good fit for the Colts? I'm a Colts fan and never heard of him.

  • he is a good fit,, think of a taller version of wes welker/brandon stokley (6'2) but hes also a little faster and quicker,, we'll see how he translates into the nfl

  • good solid slot reciever..

  • Welcome to Indy! Peyton will get him the ball.

  • colts all the way

  • welcome to the colts babY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • To the Colts!!

He's going to tear it up in that offense

  • colt baby

  • He's still undrafted. Good grief. 18 WRs selected so far. I really don't care about the NFL, but kind of hope for success of BYU players in whatever league they play.

  • Lance Alworth is that you?

  • I guess leading the nation in receiving yardage isnt enough to get you in the top 5.

    If youre white, that is.

  • I really don't think that NFL teams are looking at race here. The knocks on Collie I would suspect are is age and that he is projected as a slot receiver. Top 5 WR's are always projected #1's. I still hope the Titans take a chance on this guy though.

  • Why is the nations leading receiver projected as a slot receiver in the NFL? What does collie have to do to be considered a no. 1 receiver ? He got more yards than crabtree this season, but nobody is calling crabtree a slot receiver.

  • Austin Collie IS underated. I just want to no 2 things.

    1) will he do good in the NFL.

    2) will BYU be the same without him.

  • 1) huh?

    2) yo!

  • I AM sooo glad hes going to the draft!! because thats all hall throws too!! so i think are O fense will be better!

  • hes 24 and some people are late bloomers anyway

kevin curtis was a late bloomer, he didnt get any offers out of high school, went on a mission and wound up being one of the fastest players in the draft with a 4.3, hand timed 4.25

i tried posting a response but i guess you didnt accept, im not trying to show you up or anything, just trying to show the nation this underrated receiver who deserves to go in the first few rounds of the draft its got more footage

    watch?v=ye-Pdlk-kpU

  • BYu sucks hes only good cuz hes older than everyone 25 cuz of his mission and byu is a bunch of babys

  • watch?v=ye-Pdlk-kpU i made a video of his senior season and las vegas bowl last year

  • Damn this guy is awesome. I really hope he can make it big in the NFL. But if you look at how they treated former Biletnikoff award winner Mike Hass, white receivers have an incredibly hard task ahead of them trying to crack the racial roadblocks no matter how amazing they are.

  • Boo Hoo :(

  • Austin Collie is the best reciever BYU could have and now he decided to go pro

i wish all the luck for him in the Pro's

  • why does he have to go pro

  • He is the man fo sho!

my brother is way bummed hes going to the NFL early

  • nice vid and he was a freshman when hes in the old uniforms and he still has one more year!!!!!!go collie!!!

  • 1st - Thank you for finding good video of the TD against Notre Dame from 2004. He burned that DB and made a great catch on that.

2nd - Thank you for including when he FREAKIN PIE-FACED that utah state defender on the long TD reception. i laughed for 5 minutes when that happened.

  • maybe, but I think Shipley is also more athletic. Don't get me wrong Collie has burn a lot of DB's but Shipley's advantage has been yards after the catch. That guy can run!

  • Great video, i was waiting for one like this. austin is amazing but watch he will end up going no where because he is "white", and "deceptively fast" and a "hard worker" all the cliches used to describe great white wide recievers but i'll be routing for him to get to the next level.

  • Most of the time I would not reply. There are good white WR in the NFL. If he can play at the next level is up to him. how hard he works and how much he wants it.

guys who can play- Tim Dwight, Wes Welker, Mike Furrey, Brian Finneran, Matt Jones Jason Witten, Dallas Clark. All im trying to say is if you can play to will play at the next level no matter what your kin color is. Collie is good but I think Jordan Shipley is better

  • shipley is fast but still raw as a receiver.

  • collie is definetly better than shipley, shipley is staying another year. Shipley gets alot of short passes so he can get yac. Collie can burn a db deep. Shipley has the advantage in quickness. Collie has the advantage in speed. There is a difference. Collie is bigger and can run those long routes deeper. shipley is a few inches smaller and is quick at getting open and getting yards after the catch in traffic after a short pass. both are very fast. you really cant say who is better

  • i just argued with myself at the end haha, but seriously as i started thinking about it, you cant say who is better because it is different skill sets and different offenses so its hard to judge. Both are very talented.

  • and both have the ability to get yac and both can burn a db deep. but like i said different offenses and both have been utilized in different ways

  • Wow that was awesome dude! A.Collie is without a doubt the best reciever we have had since Drage, he's even stronger though! I hope he comes back and wins the R.O.Y. and All American honors next year! He could put BYU in a BCS game if the D steps it up!
