You can use both at the same time, I already did it.

does not make sense, the store with hype the price up with 10% and then use it to advertize as cash back. So when you buy you are really paying the same cost as what it should have been.

somebody should have done a research on the prices on amazon, craigslist... before they buy it on these stores with this cashback program, if it's good, why not buying from these stores. That makes sense!
