I have never had a problem in obtaining a legal prescription for pain.

But usually they'll see a broken hand, and don't give it much doubt.

Addicts are blatantly obvious. Someone I knew very well was so hooked she'd go to the Emergency room, get a prescription, and ditch out on the payments. It's those people that are causing problems the ones that are delinquent.
