Two things. First, try to keep your elbows down a little bit more, it will help you play quicker and smoother. Second, keep all of your fingers on the stick, if you look at the video your right pinkey finger is hanging there. This will just give you more control of the stick making it smoother.
You are very good for only playing for a year (this was a year ago). Keep playing dude. You got potential.
