Count me in for the dirt trick.... Keep well left, brake hard at about 157 (mph), just slightly dip the left hand wheels into the sand trap. The car will slingshot through the corner. Just posted a 29.922, previous best was a 30.401.
Do as the demo does and start from the outside and turn in, brake just as the rumble strip start point disappears from view in the cockpit window and go out out, put a wheel on the gravel if you have to, you should finish braking just as you turn in for the 2nd corner, accelerate cleanly out. I managed it in 30.004 - one of the biggest margins I've had yet. Crikey. TCS 1, ABS 5, everything else off.

A GREAT Tip That won me by mistake lol :p is to let your left tires in the dirt just before the turn, that'll slow you down fast and line you with the turn so you can have a little bit more to the turn then Launch to victory .. And YES, I did it in Automatic.
@RaedVS Confirmed, after trying for hundred times and best I could do was 30.354, with this tip I golded with 30.202 in 5 times with standard controller. Settings TC=1, ABS=3, Automatic shift. I stayed on the left, tried to get close to the inside of the first curve and braked in a straight line. This led me to the left side, HIT THE DIRT which further slowed me down enough to draw the perfect line into the last corner.

30.235 just gotta commit hard, stay as left as possible and time the turn in perfect so you're hugging the cones; blipping the ebrake was lucky trick for me, too.

The car's transmission is very short, so change gears a little bit before the tacometer starts beeping. Don't attack the first right hander on the inside, instead, try to go as far as the left as you can and do a strong turn. It is harder to control the car but you'll end in a perfect position for the last corner that you'll have to pass around 70 km/h
@Reilly1888 sorry i did this on auto, but i ha d slight trick to doing it. on the RH kink before the actual corner, theres a small patch of sand. turn off TC, and as your brake stay as far left as you can, try to hit the the sand with your back LH tire, causing a small drift, then use your throttle to control thru the last corner. 30.03 was my time took me about 5 tries using that method.
@tugathemig Excellent method.... got 30.260 on my second try... default settings... AT... just barely touched the sand... drifted a bit and then floored the throttle... thanks
Clipping the elevated inside corner which requires you to turn Early during braking that will cause understeering before clipping it which most people don't tell you makes the car have more angle allowing you to have a greater speed before going out of the track when the corner ends than not clipping
i used a different technique, stay all the way to the left of the track and drive on the red for the straight away, brake a little late and in a straight line, when you get to the sharp part of the turn tap the handbrake to swing into it. i got 30.281 with this on controller/automatic/traction control 3
i think this one is impossible with automatic transimission. Waiting until the rev limiter almost kicks in before shiting takes off a substantial amount of time, easily 2 car lengths on the straight-away. If you don't usually do manual, don't forget to upshift to 3rd after the turn, i got a 30.311 because I forgot to shift and it took me another 10 minutes to finally get it after that :(.
@ViperTGB i'm driving with AT all the time, and i got each of em gold... for me, the trick sometimes was to disable ASM, helped me a lot with various tests :)
@kevinmegen Other than getting the braking zone just right the corner is critical. You need to enter the corner at just the right speed and exit at just the right speed or you won't get it. You need to be going through the corner just fast enough so that your tires are about to lose grip but not so fast that you end up off the track and in the dirt. Work on your braking zone so that you can (fairly) consistently enter the corner at an ideal speed and then start working on the corner itself
