We had Att phone service before we never had any problems but im not sure about the tv or internet service i have heard diffrent reviews were some people love and havent had any trouble the picture is great and everything works fine.Then on the other hand ive heard Att nightmare stories from bad installations grom the internet not working after 15 minutes and phones not working bad HD boxes horrible picture and HD picture service cutting in and out and terrible customer service with bad reps.
@supremesfan2 yes many times, but finally we switched because besides this, our internet shuts down at random times and our home phone sometimes doesn't have any signal so we couldn't call 911.

Yes, the sound blanks out, yes, the sound and picture are out of sync, and yes, the picture scrambles here and there.
