@nakata70 no question the music on the radio tends to be rather bad, but not everyone pays attention to the charts or buys cds. If they bought now in the same percentages as they did in the old days, singles and albums would be selling 10 times over to get to number 1.

a hell of alot of people download the tunes they like illegally or share music in other capacities. thats why all the music stores are closing, because noone wants their crap.

The original version was suppose to be just guitar and vocals. The producer added the other instrumentations later. I don't know if they sped it up, but I always love the acoustic version. When I listen and watch this song on 1980's Live at Central Park, it send shivers down my spine. It was LOVELY!

I froze in awe, and when they completed their performance, I promised myself that if they ever come to my hometown of Perth, that I will be there, no matter what. Well, 6 years later, they are playing in Perth, on July 2, and guess who has a gold class ticket??
