But his last 2 against Hardy and Kim he looked incredible, although they arent top competition. I do agree that he may not become champ as long as GSP is there, but stylewise he matches up well with Diaz IMO

They are fighters, not talkers period. You can't change that. They need informal reporters to interview these guys. Throw a few curse words, make them comfortable and perhaps have hidden cameras:)

He was pretty cool there, but there was kind of an annoying little Asian interviewer who didn't really have confidence and Nate sensed it and didn't like it... so he split. Ha. These mother fuckers are growing on me... but B.J. Penn would murder Nick Diaz nine times out of ten. (Don't forget, Nick couldn't finish Penn, not even possible for him.)

@normalpsychology Nick is the best in his division. Once he gets the interim he will take the title when GSP is back. Penn has a ton of heart and more experience. And has only ever been finished by GDP and Hughes. I love Penn but Diaz picked him apart in that fight, and would do it again and again and again.

@JACKSMACS I really don't think so. Penn is a legend because of how ridiculously hard he is to defeat inside any ring, octagon, hexagon, or anything. Diaz could fight him nine more times and lose all of them. There's no way to really see what would happen, but using logic, I'm pretty sure I'm right. A few shots of Penn's that missed would've knocked out Diaz for sure.

@normalpsychology Nick matches up well with Penn stylewise, equal boxing but Diaz with the reach advantage and cardio. People like to play MMA math thinking Diaz will beat GSP based on that performance but it rarely works that way. Ive been a Diaz fan since he stopped Lawler and would love to see him win the title but Condit is no joke and stylewise GSP is a bad match up for him...

@normalpsychology I dont know, I keep thinking GSP is going to have a real break through performance soon, his stand up is good, he's faster than Diaz and better footwork but yeah GSP will mix it up with takedowns foresure. Condit is awesome and really hard to put away, Like I said, Im rooting for Nick but it wouldnt surprise me if Condit pulls a decision win in a war...Probably the 2 toughest guys at 170 (which is saying alot)

@normalpsychology Its all about timing, and Condit has been on a roll, he was great in the WEC, then looked average in his first couple of fights in the UFC with Kampmann and Ellenburger and had a come from behind victory against Rory Macdonald. But his last 2 against Hardy and Kim he looked incredible, although they arent top competition. I do agree that he may not become champ as long as GSP is there, but stylewise he matches up well with Diaz IMO
