he scored 2 fifties outside pakistan on the tour of aus 2004/05,pakistan have given players like jamshed goes who is truely inconsistent,i was checking a sheet on the net and hameed has averaged 45+ in his last 15 innings,there is no point giving him 2 games every year.he should be in the side now cos if you see his technique and shots he is better than anyone in pakistan.

Look at his record. He's probably the most consistent opener for Pakistan in the last 5 years. Just because he plays slowly doesn't make him a bad player; most successful teams have a sort of "anchor-role"
