I hate this truck.......whenever he drives it, it only lasts about 30 seconds before it flips or breaks. Learn how to set up the truck before you drive it. Every time I see it, it looks like it's about to flip in every turn. It always looks like they don't put sway bars on it. One of the worst monster trucks of today's monster trucks, in my book. Then he throws his helmet.......should have left his head in it when he threw it. His fault his truck sucks, not the trucks.

There are so many negative people that don't even have a clue what they are talking about. First off, look at the Big Foot Jump, Dan only jumped over the front nose of the plane in his jump, not even close to the wings. Second, Joey had to go by the Guinness specs and have all the legal documentation and measures to be placed in the 2012 Book. Third, if you watch TV, the jump has been shown for free on Music videos, the Pursuit/Hunt channel, and a future movie is in the works on his whole story.

@Pinosen No, and he almost died too, not to mention the truck was totally destroyed worse than Joey's truck on this practice jump. We hope Big Foot takes the offer to do a jump off, right on the same ramp. It was for the jump distance, not landing comfort or what they jump over. Bigfoot's take off ramp was only 6' tall, versus 20' tall here, so Joey went about 70' high on the crash, and 50-60' on the other two jumps including the 208' record on distance jump. Big Foot was only approx. 30-40'.

This was only the practice jump, with just a few people present. I was present, and boy what a wild ride for the Youngest Owner/Operator. Joey is very determined, focused, and professional, plus he has a great crew. He knows what he needs to do for Sunday, and I know he will break this record!

I think he let off the gas a couple times because by slowing the force of the truck slightly, it would allow the shocks to rebound the truck off the end of the jump. As a practice jump, there are plenty of options to try out in order to make sure the actual jump is a success. Current Record is 202 feet. This practice jump at only 68mph had him land at the 190 foot mark. Done correctly and at full speed Sunday, he should easily break the old record. Goodluck Bad Habit!

shouldn't have let off the gas at :14. those tires carry a lot of rotational inertia and you can see the truck roll forward as the tires slow when he lets of the throttle.
