You can buy xbox live gold from the store. I think when you connect to xbox live silver or gold, you'll get a firmware update automatically if you need one. the new movies on the market place are rentals only, they will self delete off the hard drive after you've watched them a set number of times, or a certain number of days, whichever comes first

I found out what the problem was. I recovered my Xbox live account onto one of my friends xbox so when I recovered it back to mine it probably didn't download it all the way. So just recover your account from xbox live Nickelback777 and try again
