He was a great actor if you look over all his work, and he was also one of the best looking actors ever lived. After you viewing those recommended movies and if you still think he's not handsome, then there might be something strange about your standards for beauty.

I've never gotten the appeal of Tyron Power. His acting is hesitant and with little emotion. And I've never thought him handsome. Just me. . :)

That is my favorite movie since I was 10 years old and guess what, now I am 18. That probably shows you what a great impact that movie still has on youth and especially me. In the past, I only watched it when it was shown in television, but I finally got it on DVD and could even watch it in English (by the way I am German) and the original English version is much better because the intention of the actors can be better filterd out. Well, you recognize that I really love the movie :-)

I haven't seen this movie, but the acting is a bit over-the-top in this trailer. Hopefully it isn't like that in the whole movie. "Daaaamn Youuuuu!"
