  • that bull dyke madow and moron oberman need a good waterboard session

  • Palin And Mccain? Wat A Laugh

  • A former POW who faced torture now endorsing torture? Either he has Alzheimer's or he never faced anything all that terrible in Hanoi as he claims.

WHY DOES THIS GUY EVEN HAVE A CHANCE AT WINNING?

  • This guy has a chance of winning in AMERICA. The country where they had a cowboyactor for president. An Austrian fascist for governor. Where people think they won the Vietnam war, or that Saddam was muslim. Where they call Iraq barbarian, while the oldest cities on earth are in Iraq. The genetical dustbin of Europe and Asia. In short: DISNEYLAND!

  • The RNC was guaaayyy. it was like a big business meeting. everybody was uptight in suits. Basically everyone was talking about the past. Vietnam and POW and Regan. I honestly thought He was going to lay out plans AND solutions like obama's speech. And I honestly thought he would talk about actual issues that matter. He just talked about being a POW. McCain is a FLIP FLOPPER MY FRIENDS! And that Giuliani speech, oh god he sounded like a CEO. And how about those dancers, they had such rhythm. FAIL

  • McCain was a POW..Big fucking deal. He was a POW because he couldnt get the job done, and with his stumpy arms that dont seem to bend when he waves, he couldn't hold a weapon right let alone run a country. The RNC convention was complete bullshit in that mostly all of the statements were completely over exaggerated. I'm still unsure about Obama myself but who knows anything about Palin, she doesn't have the experiece Obama has and McCain doesn't have the experience Biden has.

  • Palin forgot the last eight years of Bush and what's up with all the talk about Reagan like he's still alive, shit that's enough to make people really fucking scared.

  • Funny to watch the two liberals lecturing McCain on torture. He was actually tortured, and these two wankers blather on in their bias smug liberal BS. Olbermann is the worse person in the world. Wonder why he didn't make Michael Moore the "worst person in the world" after he said Gustav striking the US proves their is a god.

  • your a moron, wow people like you really exist, you want torture wow.

  • Consider that John McCain unequivocally stated that waterboarding is torture. He has argued this point several times- recently. Someone needs to lecture McCain on sticking up for his core principles instead of bowing and scraping to the fascist, bloodmongering zealots. He might get some votes from them but has lost more Independents and middle of the road Republicans like me to Obama.

  • I am really disappointed by this. I wasn't planning on voting for McCain, but he at least had my respect on this issue. To see him flip-flop on something that was so personal and important to him is just depressing. He's lost my respect for this.

  • Quo Vadis, Senator?

  • McCain was never tortured. It was just frat pranks.

  • I noticed two of the right wingers standing beside McBush. Roy Blunt and John Boehner. Who are the other two?

  • You know as soon as Bush endorsed McCain, he pretty much threw the election under the bus for the republicans, sure lets vote for the guy endorsed by the current president with a 21% approval rating. Who vetoes bill after bill ending the war, who threatens, tortures and breaks international laws...

  • who was very close be being branded a war criminal by the rest of the world, because of gitmobay. The republicans are so out of touch with the American people its like they are from another planet its going to show horrible this election.

  • McCain cracks under the pressure again

  • McCain scares the crap out of me. He seems to be viewing the world through 1950's goggles and doesn't actually see any current problem for what it is. We cannot let this guy win, we need Obama.

  • flip-flopper flip-flopper flip-flopper flippity-flop flippity-flop flippity-dippity-flop flippity-dippity-flop flippity-dippity-schmippity-flop flippity-dippity-schmippity-flop flippity-dippity-schmippity-bippity-flop flippity-dippity-schmippity-bippity-flop
  • LOL! What a scumbag.

  • well keith olbermann and rachel maddow is afraid he will beat obama and clinton. and try to smear mccain. the bill that he voted against listed out specific techiniques in detail and it was not just ban on waterboarding. and think about it why would he be against it when running for nomination, when there is approval with ppl in republic party and go against it after the nomination? Keith olbermann is a liar and shud be ashamed to smear a person who was actually tortured unlike obama and clinton

  • What are you talking about? McCain has been an out-spoken critic of "enhanced interrogation techniques" (read: torture) since reports surfaced that this was policy. If he is suddenly changing his position without any explanation, he's flip-flopping. No way around it.

  • well from ure explanation both hillary clinton and barack obama flipped flopped on iraq. There was a bill submitted by murtha that would have gotten us out of iraq, by cutting funding for the troops which hillary clinton and barack obama opposed. But that does not mean they changed their position on iraq, but they dont think they should do it by cutting funding for troops. mccain didnt chg his position on torture but is against the way the bill is doing it.

  • Fair enough. I'd like to know what exactly McCain opposes in the bill, though, other than the fact that waterboarding is "already illegal."

  • I would like to see these "techniques" used the the neocons that defend torture.

  • McCain is obsessed with being president. He is obsessed with war. He is starting to make Hillary look good which is scary.

  • With world class Flip-flopper Mitt Romney having dropped out(after saying he wouldn't) and endorsed McCain (after calling him "the wrong candidate" and "not a true conservative"), I guess McCain becomes the Flip-Flopper-In-Chief now.

McCain's determination to carry forward every single failed bush policy should serve him well in the general election. Assuming Romney remains on board!
