Here's some tips for you;

First get rid of that stupid logo in the bottom right corner.

Second, like people have said, change the camera angles.

And third it would help if you didn't drop your card (0:32) makes it look less professional.

i think i got it. You use your hand muscles, not your fingers, to apply the pressure. Fingers should be kept straight.
