The statement Obama made about foreign corporations is not true. The decision dealt with domestic corporations. And even if his statement was true, he's in the executive branch of government. He has the same right to tell the justices what to do as they have to tell him what to do...none. Our founders knew someone like Obama would come along so they set up checks and balances to keep one person from ruling our entire country.

as he said. The court ruled on section A and not E, which covers foreign corporations. Lie.

What is to stop a foreign entity from creating or buying an american company and controlling it as a subsidiary company? There are numerous methods for foreign companies to game the system and influence our electoral process now.

Disregarding that, it certainly does nothing to prevent foreign entities from rewarding american companies in exchange for influencing the government. This decision violates a century of judicial precedent, whether you agree with it politically or not.
