Same as on the ground. The trick is to leave vehicle during first 1-2 seconds of falling, later it's becoming impossible.

dude thats easy..works on pc and ps2...okay here's how to do it...get a bike or motorcycle...but not a car. then put it on eye veiw...then when the bike jumps off...the veiw stays until u jump off with triangle...easy.
