Laimon was out of line with his comments about the Hughes/Gracie fight. His argument was that, as a Jiu Jitsu practitioner/coach, he is entitled to his opinion, which he is. But there is a difference between talking about Gracie's tactics and saying shit like "he should have never come out of retirement". Laimon obviously has a vested interest as well, because his system is a competitor of the Gracie system...so he is not gonna sing its praises.
You guys need to read some of the interviews that he has done. He goes beyond dissing to out right shitting on the Gracies. He says Rorion is a piss poor Teacher who doesn't know Jiu Jitsu. Royce, he says is maybe as good as a good blue belt or purple belt.
