@dfhvgasy its not illegal.. its one of the more common wrestling throws.. its also called a hiptoss a lot more often then its called a head and arm throw.. the only reason the ref blew the wistle on him was because they landed out of bounds.

its not that they are too hard to flip, its because all they have to do is sink their hips lol...and you can do head and arm in highschool if ur fast/strong enough

Very nice move! I am new to wrestling,my grandson has been doing it for 2 years. My question, is this a legal move? It looks as though his hands are locked, and the ref can't see it from his angle. He looks very strong!

you can lock you hands if you have a limb with the head... hence "head and arm"

no hip toss is when you do an under hook and an over hook. A Head and arm is when you do.....a head and arm.
