in regards to the video, there's a sing on the building at 2:17 saying GAST + something and POST = therefore one of the german-speaking countries, however at those times german signs as well as speaking german was both common in other areas than what is known today as Austria and Germany..hard to tell, might be mix of all too..why don't we just ask author!

this CAN'T be belarus because of the mountains at the background of the video. belaurus is almost flat.

architecture doesn't seem to be russian as well.

to me these builidings look rather build by germans (characteristic roofs) and most likely it somewhere is central europe in the territory of pre-2ndworld-war germany or austria.

maybe poland or czech. rep or even todays germany? who knows? :)

Love his work, least favorite album was his most pop accessible; Come To Daddy. Felt like a sell out album but it brought so many to listen to ambient/IDM, even if it deviated from his trademark sound to show Trent Reznor "I can do it too". lol
