I was there and don't believe the haters that say Eddie and Roth can't do it anymore. I've seen Van Halen with and without Dave six times and this is as good as they ever were. Eddie was not smoking cigarettes just smoking on guitar and I was in B-6 right on Eddie's side with an unobstruceted view of his and Alex's intrumental prowess. It was everything I expected and more. I would not have missed this show for the world and if they come to tour town go and see the MIGHTY VAN HALEN !
I just dont get all you Spammy-lovin' cocksuckers. I saw VH in 2004 and the red-rocked douchebag spent more time signing autographs and trying to promote his tequila than singing the songs! I could give two shits about how much money his stupid bar in Mexico makes. David Lee Roth spends 28 hrs. a day, 8 days a week, focusing on being the frontman for Van Halen and entertaining us every second he's onstage. That's the kind of rock star I want fronting America's greatest band....
I saw Van Cherone at Starlake back in '98 and the ultra-sucky Van Hagar in 2004....but this version blew them both away. There really is no substitute for the classic Van Halen....they captured lightning in a bottle.

I was in the second row (B), seats 10 and 11. It was an amazing sight! I saw them during the Mean Street tour and they still rock!
