What the hell was the point of putting the strap around the pole if you're going to use your hands?
Kinda defeats the purpose.

@hardmarine they do it because they have to put it around the pole on the way down> so if you can climb up with it, it makes it a second faster

I work with this guy, he helps out alot in our pole yard helping us grounmen and apprentices climb. I guess if you get the right technique youll cut back into the pole. Hes living proof. Go Disgruntelled Dan!!!
