I'm not a McCain man. I'm looking at them head to head however and McCain is by far the best candidate and when you compare them side by side it's not even close to who would destroy our economy (higher taxes BIG TIME), our defense\security of our country, judges, etc. etc. etc. Obama is an unknown quantity to most while McCain is an open book and we know about all his skeletons-good and bad. It's a matter of the lesser of two evils and McCain wins this battle no matter how you carve it up.
Taxes: Obama actually has tax cuts for the middle and working class and his so called "increase" for the rich is really just restoring the rates that were in effect during the Reagan administration. There are very few economists that think that McCain's plan will not make the deficit and debt worse. Most economists say that the dollar goes down as we go farther into debt. Borrowing HUGE from China can not be good.
that's the problem..people think that taxing the "rich" is somehow going to produce revenues for the government (which it's not the purview of gov. to do anyway) we need to get out of this tax cuts for middle and working class nonsense and continue to talk about tax cuts for ALL. Additionally, Obama cutting taxes would be a first overall for him and would require cutting in other areas, which he would never do as a tax and spend liberal.

tv- OK..it's good to study up on any candidate. A word of caution though. And this is coming from a former McCain man (seriously)..I have looked hard into both men.
There is a lot of negative(and false)stuff going around about Obama, particularly on his tax plan..it's nothing like what the McCain camp and the Reps say...they talk about stuff that Obama NEVER proposed, when it comes to taxes.
You might also want to look into "end times" pastors that McCain is in bed with. VERY scary.

I'm not a McCain man. I'm looking at them head to head however and McCain is by far the best candidate and when you compare them side by side it's not even close to who would destroy our economy (higher taxes BIG TIME), our defense\security of our country, judges, etc. etc. etc. Obama is an unknown quantity to most while McCain is an open book and we know about all his skeletons-good and bad. It's a matter of the lesser of two evils and McCain wins this battle no matter how you carve it up.

Taxes: Obama actually has tax cuts for the middle and working class and his so called "increase" for the rich is really just restoring the rates that were in effect during the Reagan administration. There are very few economists that think that McCain's plan will not make the deficit and debt worse. Most economists say that the dollar goes down as we go farther into debt. Borrowing HUGE from China can not be good.
