I bought this DVD with Shenmue 2 on Amazon for about $15....game came with the DVD, the game, case and manual; in great condition.

If you can find it in the condition I found it at the price I got it - get it; because I saw some copies selling for a lot more...

i've always been a HUGE fan of the soundtrack, but i never realized just how integral it was to the game. this movie is lifeless without it.

shenmue is so amazing, i cant get enough of it, i literally beat both1 and 2 atleast 12 times, i filled up the memory card with data of both shenmues, the english dub is incredible, the music is out of this world, i just cant explain my love for this game in words, im begging and praying for 2 things,

1. both shenmue 1 and 2 be remastered for the ps3 and 360 in HD

2. of coarse shenmue 3, but i want the ps3 technolgy fully taken advantage from to make the ultimate shenmue rpg

Honestly, I'm sick of waiting for Sega to make a reboot or continue this amazing game. If they can't then in all honesty they might as well make it into an anime full length movie. Unless some guy from Hollywood has intentions of making this movie.... god help us the fans of this franchise. D:

i have this dvd it came with the northamerican xbox shenmue2, of course i ripped it and put it on my Zune...lol. one thing though dont you think Sega might take this down? hope they dont ,but it's a possibility...

@knightslade2007 One very famous russian gaming journalist posted a message about Shenmue 3 is in the developing stage. As far as i know, he never lied in his blog, but there is no official information yet.

but yeah this is a well done dub; doesn't slaughter it like some dubs do.

Love this. Only complaint with the DVD version is how english subs dont work on Jap audio. Know alot of it by heart but it would help to learn the japanese if i didnt have to memorise the translation an hour and a half beforehand.
