This is a brief intro the the story of "The Silence." What Zai Zai is saying is that there is not much language barrier eventhough he does not speak Korean. He would use hand gestures and simple English to communicate with Park. She, in turn, is quite smart according to Vic Zhou aka "Zai Zai." Because Park would quick pick up what he is trying to say to her. For example, Zai Zai would ask if Park has eaten or not, and she would understand what he is asking of her, etc. I hope that this helps ...
