That box with RAAM on it gave me an idèa. If the gears 3 is about the lambents who are like the living dead and can take a lot more damage than regular drones, right? And RAAM fell down into a giant pool of emulsion wich is the cause of the reaction that creates lambents. He could've mutated in that pool and became the new leader of the lambents.
