The problem in Iraq is with intelligence and not miitary strength. the terrorist groups do not fight gun battles because they are too weak. they instead cause chaos by bombing in civilian areas. the bombing in Basra occurred in the "5-mile" district, which is a poor neighborhood. this is the second bombing in Basra this month.
