@FratribusMusic The taller the tank the more sub...so a 5 gallon at lkeast 5"...in my enclosre she cxouldn't fall and hurt herself so she needs less...I have about 2-3"

Kevbear1981 Actually the red light are only effective on theraphosa lasiordoria SP. white light at long levels can success them out but out depends on what type of light you are using....a white LED will stress them out, witch is why I am not using one.

Most burrowing T's are old worlders and very aggressive and you never see them LOL. A redknee basically finds a hide and digs it out, not a obligated burrower!

Nothing...perfectly normal. The red/orange color is where she kicked off hairs and exposed her excoskeleton/abdomen....the farther she gets into her molt cycle the more the color will change.
