This is the American way for sure. Buy things we can not pay for, Just like our Federal government in DC.
This is okay for the first 29 days until U hit the 30th day and the house payment is due (or) if U are dumb enough (in FL) to buy your house in the last half of the year U will have to pay a large TAX bill unless U apply for Homested Exemption (1st year only)..
If you want to find a real video about how to buy a house with little money down watch our video in the video resposes. The sollution is a land contratct our company will carry the mortgage on the property for the house you buy on a 30 year term at 10% intrest no matter what your credit situation you just need a source of income and as little as $500 down the average monthly payment is an affordable $375! Watch our video to find out how!
I really liked your video and your channel. If you need any help getting this video or channel exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.
What a bunch of asses. Anyone buying a home knows what the pymnt is before signing. Borrowing @ 6%, $100K costs 600/mo. Not bad. That can buy a good home in some parts. Renting costs more & just gets the landlord rich. Yea everyone has to get paid who did the loan, you're told those fees upfront too. How bout borrowers just do their dam math and only borrow what they KNOW they can afford. Quit acting like a victim and use a calculator or common sense, f**in nimrods. No simpathy for lazy brains.
Maxed Out movie=Investigating both the personal and the national debt owed by Americans, this thought-provoking documentary explores the staggering financial burden we live with every day and exposes how the contemporary financial industry is set up in ways that can harm unwitting customers. With both sobering facts and black humor, Maxed Out unveils the consequences of our debt addiction, including its contribution to the vanishing of the American middle class. Free at the library.
