At the moment no, this is a new route that I've only just started, I've only done - Tidmouth to Knapford & Thomas's branch line so far. I haven't finished this route yet and the Sodor Steam works is at the moment located a way behind Tidmouth sheds.

I took him out because I had insufficient pictures on which to model him and I don't think he's that important to the story.

Now thats excellent stuff there, the steamworks and Victor look spot on. I promised myself to watch HOTR without getting the DVD but watching it in RWS form is well worth it. Well done :)
