Sadly, this type of discrimination still happens today. Some people are placed under a stigma by others when those others find out their diagnosis. It's unfortunate, but the people stigmatize and discriminate against individuals with HIV and AIDS choose to remain ignorant. There's no excuse to not be educated about this. NONE.
