@master1140 since when has life come from a non living thing? I was watching a movie the other day about early dinosaurs and it said snakes and alligators stopped evolving, but everything else did. Also, if the monkey evolved from a giant rat, how come the monkey is still here but not the giant rat? how come there is only one species of monkey that evolved and the rest stayed monkeys? did one suddenly stand up and say "I wanna be a human" and turn into one? how come we cant do that?

A computer model for example can mimic evolution and help an engineer create, develop and refine a design, artificial evolution!! Computer programs consist of 1s and 0s and yet those are not "living", but their effects may be considered that of a "living"/natural process (evolution).
@rhinogek Bare this in mind, evolution is the ability to adapt to your environment/a given situation. If a being does not NEED to ADAPT to it's surroundings, then it remains unchanged. This is a brief explanation on the process of natural selection - The positive/strongest developments go on to the next generation whereas the inferior die/end their existence. Their attributes are unneeded within the present environment/situation.

Science has achieved and advanced mankind more in the past 200 years than religions have in 3000-4000 years. But that's not exactly hard considering religion has not made any noticeable advancements since the dawn of human thought. Yes religions adjust with time, opinions/behaviours differ from century to century but that's very cowardly in my opinion...

I never denied that someone called "Jesus" did exist 2000 years ago, I just deny the whole notion that there is an all powerful God (and all the other beliefs that accompany creationism). I don't find any positive and/or useful reason to believe in such a concept.
