Realistically , 3 guys 2 sheds a day like this one would be about right. There are a few things you dont see like the gambrell trusses being made, some of the panel precuts. Also, they are using metal gussett straps instead of Stronger plywood gussetts..This is built for speed and conservative use of wood and is NOT as strong as full framing..consider all the Toe nailing. This is a commercial method of shed building with 1/2 the life ( or less) of a Properly Built Shed.Its Good enough for most.
