By using a lower autogen density. While it runs smooth like that for me I used a little trick in the video in order to compensate for the frame hit that the capture program Fraps causes: I recorded the video clips at half speed and speeded them back up to normal speed, effectively doubling the frame rate. My system is a lowly AMD Phenom II 940 at 3GHz and an Ati 4870 1GB and 4GB RAM.

@Cobra114ever Have you added a repaint to the huey? Sometimes when you add a new repaint it blacks out the panel.... My ND AS350 done the samething when I added a new repaint.

Ok...um...how do I do that, I have a texture editor and have tried everything from converting the textures to other texture forms...but I have never tried to remove remove reflections from the exterior of the aircraft...so how do I do that.....really, I guess what I am asking is how or what did you do to get that performance from the uh-1?

Is that he Nemeth Designs Huey? if so then how did you make it laag free, that huey causes me so much laag, I run 20-25 frames with terrain tex at 100 % and traffic at 50% and autogen at dense, then when i fly the ND huey i get 4.5 to 5 frames, can you or anyone help me with this problem.

@skydive911 Okey, I'm more of a NVIDIA person, I'm no good with the ATI Radeon cards, but if you are running everything at high that could be the problem, I do not think the HD4650 can handle that. Could be wrong, as I said, I'm no good with the Radeon cards.

That's probably caused by applying the BUFFERPOOLS tweak. It's a sign for memory exhaustion. Try a different value or don't use that tweak at all. ;)

As always the realism settings were at maximum. But that doesn't say much, because the ND Huey's flight dynamics aren't really better than those of the default choppers. I do fly the Dodosim 206 at Level 5, though. Much, much more real!

haha you try that shit in a real bird like you did at 3:10 and youll be VRS so fast and be kissing the ground. thats why i really dislike nemeth's addons. they are ultra unrealistic in flight physics. they look good but they have very poor systems modeling and even worse flight physics. dodosim is the only thing that even comes close. the scenery on the other hand is brilliant. just wish they would knock off the australia only addons and start giving us americans some of their love.

I have seens some of your other vids - and they are all some of the most amazing vids I have ever seen made in FSX.

You say you use the EZD walk and follow. Can you add more views at the same time or do you have to restart FSX every time ? Do you also use Walk and follow for the moving cameras ?

Thanks! You only have to restart FSX when you have set a new starting point for the camera. The camera will always be in this location every time you start FSX, even when you go other airports. The camera itself can be moved around freely with the cursor keys, the page up and down keys, and the mouse. I don't have Walk&Follow (that's a different program from DBS). All camera moves and also the cockpit views were done with EZdok Walk 1.22
