  • I would have put my cock in that hole and got one helluva bj

  • Why does this guy keep saying force of gravity? Hardly a major contributor.

  • mother of god...

  • All caused by a mere 14" drill bit!

  • Dammit, this happens to me in Minecraft all the time.

  • yet, another oil drilling disaster.

  • poor guy

  • Is there a film of this? If not, make one this would make a killer disaster film. + make it 2 stories for it half to the oil derek workers and the other half from the eyes of the mine shaft.

  • @AgustinNoesEverythin Except it wasn't caused by nature.

  • Holy shit , , ,

  • "sucking power" -- no.

    Gravity - yes.

  • Texaco should have been sued for MEGA MILLIONS

  • DO. NOT. DIVIDE. BY. ZERO!

  • Seems to me it would have killed off a lot of fish and other species that lived in and around the lake?

  • sounds like he said lake manure

  • "Men watched with jaws agape..."

Those weren't jaws that were agape, trust me ;)

  • oil................

  • @ElHasZardo salt mine

  • @ObviouslyISuck and? it was awhile ago but i think i meant "also"

  • in about 7000 years, archaeologists are going to find some huge ass ships, a thousand feet down. I would love to see their faces.

  • Bloody hell, what a mess!

  • Dr. Wu is not quite correct. The Mississippi has flowed north a couple of times, but each time, it was as the result of a disaster. The New Madrid Earthquake in 1812 resulted in the Miss. flowing north for 3 days.

  • stick your penis in there

  • it's interesting... "small mistake can have huge consequences."

  • Came here from Dutch's Chanel. Thats a cool video, seems like we never learn huh. Have subbed you my friend, be safe

  • @rivergod21 Don't follow Dutch...do your own research and maybe you'll realize Dutch is misdirecting you all. He is the shill of all shills. Think about it, half of things he brings up lately get debunked almost instantly. When people suggest alternative theories to his he ignores or deletes comments.

  • @sicx19 Whatever fool!

  • @rivergod21 Ok, don't think for yourself then. Your loss.

  • @sicx19 What!!! The reason I became aware of all this shit going down was because I had connected the dots myself, not because I follow anyone! God what an arrogant person you are. Once I realized things were not as they should be, thats when I turned to the internet for more information. I was just letting THIS U TUBE video maker aware, of where I came from, (Dutches site) and that this particular vid was great. If you want a fight bud I'm very happy to give you one, your trolling!

  • @rivergod21 No I'm not looking for a fight.... I've just had it with all of these people riding dutchs nuts thinking they are "Awake" or doing something to change the world by circle jerking on YT. I've actually made some people realize his bullshit. Call it trolling IDC. Most of the people that watch Dutch all have the same ignorant attitude and act like they wouldn't know what to do without him. BUT they do have that seed of desire to find truth and love. Just call it like i see it- deception

  • @sicx19 You are calling them "ignorant", how is trying to find out the truth about something Ignorant? They get together and brain storm ideas that are flung about the place. Yes some of it is BS, but if you have the brains, skim over that and look at the real stuff. Dutch's site has given me the tools, (links, Downloads) to do my own research and as the saying goes, "the rabbit Hole is deep". Drama Queen he may be, deceptive he is not, K mate!

  • @rivergod21 *sigh* He deletes a lot of comments. That is deceptive. Comments that give logical explanations for things he jumps all over assuming this and that and pretending he's a "fact" based researcher. Come on now...his new website is like a fuckin videogame. He wants people to think THEY are in control of it all. That's simply not the case. This is bigger then NWO. Anyways, peace brotha I didn't mean to offend you.

  • His hat says "I survived Lake Peigneur." lol

  • Fucking things up runs in the corporate family. They fucked things up back then and there still fucking things up today.

  • Fucking things up runs in the corporate family. They fucked things up back then and there still fucking things up today.

  • PRICELESS !!! 9:16 -

  • Was this covered by insurance company???

  • so glad noone died

  • Humans, Humans on this Earth

Screwing the planet from their birth

  • fuck ice fishing im going there and going ground fishing

  • Amazing and fortunate that all the miners got out in time.

  • incrivel! deu me livre se eu estive nas barcaças!!

  • obama is somehow at fault for this

  • where the hell did the guy in the white hat learn english..??? must be a white power thing- hahahah he must be a fagwizzard in the kkk

  • Sinkholes all over the world caused by miscalculations.

  • seems like this area is nothing but disasters...

  • My good friend Danny Gooch was the reporter that filmed this event! I was just in Louisianna speaking on Chastity at the University of Louisiana in Lafayette and I was also able to go visit this area, which is now a lake again. Interesting....

  • Not a sinkhole.

  • so this disaster was mostly caused by humans ?

  • @Ventuha entirely caused by pple

  • -face palm- okay WHO DIVIDED BY ZERO?

  • Fucking humans...we'll do anything for a $1.

  • OLD DRILLS ARE DESTROYING THE WORLD!!!

  • @SpottedRain1398

ye we need the new ones

  • @SpottedRain1398 Now go drive your car to work and heat your home with natural gas! Oh, And take a flight on vacation.

  • The 1911 button automatically turned on for me. This became interesting.

  • Oh, Did I do thaaaaaat?

  • weird how natural disasters just seem to happen in Louisiana

  • drill baby drilll!

  • Asian dude + southern accent = Awesome

  • that is some messed up shit

  • WOW THNX FOR THE VIDEO

  • This is just a bizarre story all around...

  • @chris98741 drill bits range (3-5/8" - 4") - (22" - 32"), Torquato DTH Hammer bits.As well this happened in 1980 and at that time according to your info being 28 you weren't even a thought. So your knowledge on what was previously used might be flawed.

2:47 commentator mentions 14 inch drill bit.

    Google "oil drill bit sizes".

  • @MrFizbanic on june 5th 1980 u.s. pattend office recognized large oil rig bits....... 14" with (4) cutting heads.

  • Thumbs up if you lol'd when the old man said " i thought it was the end of the world" LOL

  • this should be a movie

  • thumbs up if you skipped past the Old Man talking

  • This happened to me in Minecraft once.

  • Lol

  • Fuckin engineers!

  • I love engineers.....

  • "I made a boo-boo."

  • wow....crazy things....must have looked like the end of the world O.o

  • @kodakguynumber...biggo "0"......ummm....hey kodak guy....shut up...get a better exciting life bcux you are seriously bored!!

  • At kincbac, i should kick yo f en Arse for havin shit for brains!! Wat do yoy tnk you big dumbo!! Better yet keep your stupid respinse to yourself!! Dum**ss!!

  • @lydiasonvallarta Is there something wrong with your keyboard or are you just retarded?

  • This is why i hate humans

  • YET THEY KEEP ON DRILLIN.....FU**ERS!!

  • @lydiasonvallarta So you don't drive a car at all? hypocrite.

  • The oil company didn't take responsibility? Was the hole exactly where the drill rig was.

  • lol

  • Whirlpool/Sinkhole: OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM!!!

  • WOW now thats a FAIL and a 1/2. NO thats beond FAIL!!! who paid for that one?

  • @V8Jagnut Per Wikipedia: "The drilling company, Texaco and Wilson Brothers, paid $32 million to Diamond Crystal and $12.8 million to nearby Live Oak Gardens in out-of-court settlements to compensate for the damage caused."

  • in soviet russia mother nature ... uh never mind ;)

  • damn gravity you scary!!

  • 2:06pm Thursday (CST) - Time in Louisiana

    3:34 7:46BasicallySOthatsalotofwateriBSBD

2:06pm Thursday (CST) - Time in Louisiana

  • Nature pales in comparison somtimes to what man can do to create a disaster.

  • Damn Metric System!...lol

  • Greed. It's the American way.

  • @SolarEXtract

    THE BEST WAY!!!

  • @pr0n3 The best way for disaster. In the 80's & TODAY!!

  • american stupidity at its best

  • Comment removed

  • Wonder if something like that could happen today with all the drilling and leaking wells. Can you imagine an oil rig being sucked into a vortex. Damn that was powerful! A small mistake can have huge consequences when it comes to drilling operations in the gulf of mexico. Why don't I remember this as being big news in 2008?

  • @Starwalker925 ...maybe because it happened 1980?

  • @fujiwos Thanks, I was only 13 in 1980-guess that's why I don't remember.

  • @fujiwos What does 1980 have to do with anything? People don't get dumber the further back in time you go. It was an error in triangulation, we have been using triangulation for thousands of years. It was the engineers fault, it has nothing to do with the year being 1980.

  • @Starwalker925 Yes it was a human error, it could happen again.

  • there must be piranhas

  • Don't ever cross the streams!

  • I discover something on how to make the biggest whirlpool....

  • Man I just wanted to catch some fish...

  • engineering fail

  • OK, who divided by zero?

  • That'll be interesting for someone to dig up about 2000 years from now.

  • @Keiko8383 Hell if there were alein arcologist i'm sure they'd be wondering why the heck there is so mutch iron inside a certain area. So yeah 2000 years from now i'm sure things could get really intresting.

  • omg idiots... im glad people didn't got hurt!!

  • Seems like lots of engineering disasters concerning water in Louisiana. Hmm. Maybe better layoff the cajun food for a while??

  • @MoonbeamMama1 That area is needed for something very big. lol

  • its spectacular!!!

    XD

  • dumbasses

  • This is Chuck Norris' idea of a practical joke

  • Comment removed

  • Someone got FIRED!!!

  • whats up with all the oil drillers miscalculation? I thought those dudes were smart and knew what they were doing , seems like they can mathmatically calculate where to go via gpa but those people cant calculate where to drill?

  • @TEEWEE01 Oil companies drill thousands of holes a year, virtually all of them without unintended consequence. It's just that when they, on rare occasion screw up, really bad things can happen.

  • 2:00 skip all the bullshit on Louisiana

  • @bankroll310 fuck you nigga!

    La for life!

  • Talk about pullin the plug. Well at least you cant blame BP for this one ha

  • That asian guy has a southern accent :D

  • Seriously, nobody got footage of the huge vortex?

  • ok, who the hell divided by zero? =P

  • There should be a movie about this, a really good movie (not by tv channel company like history channel or discovery channel).

  • these days no one wants to make the oil guys responsible. just like BP just recently. but now thank god they plugged the hole. but we the people r just to damn greed and dependent on oil. shame on us americans for letting our government suppress invented clean energies. plus clean energies given to us by the ets. shame on us. we r responsible for our planet and we let dumb fools like the illuminati destroy us. shame on us. shame on those making mad cash and being selfish to mankind.

  • All because of a miscalculation!!!!!!!!!

  • if it was bp not texaco they would be sued out of their ass

  • @crazychikn damn right. screw the oil companies and there antics.

  • OOOOOO! Texaco did a BP!....I bet there were a lot of pissed people...all caused by an 14 inch drill bit. Wow. May this be a lesson for all modern engineers...once little op psi....= a lot of headache and lawsuits....

  • That is amazing that no lives were lost. I bet that was something to behold live and in person.

  • This is horrifying! I always thought that all this drilling on the earth's crust will shift the plates of the earth to cause additional Tsunami's, Tidal Waves and Earth quakes. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

  • @GreekGata but really most of these r the cause of man. by the weapon known as HAARP. we r screwed.

  • @glen58316 wait...we all have to fear Muse's live album?

  • @acolytetojippity what r u talking about if u dont mind me askin

  • @glen58316 "by the weapon known as HAARP"

HAARP is the name of the band Muse's live album...i mean, i know they kick ass, but that much? damn!

  • @acolytetojippity Album is named after HAARP (High Active Auroral Research Program) look it up...

  • They couldn't figure out that the oil company caused the tragedy, I'm begining to see a pattern developing in life.

  • holy crap, that is such a cool story.

  • @MeketoaI cool?

  • @refused Interesting? Fascinating? Compelling?

  • Dinophobia: An exaggerated or irrational fear of whirlpools.

    That's me... "shudders"

  • That's... Freaky

  • and to this day people think these big oil companies know what theyre doing?

  • Setting off Earth Quakes and Reverse Tsunamis the likes of which human kind has never yet seen or imagined.

  • @THUNDERBLIZZARDRDEP And as the storm surges through the bayous, sparking power lines ignite the fuel / air mix into a roiling alligator-filled wall of flame!

  • Eventually such a massive void will weaken as salt deposits or a weak link could trigger its collapse. Such a chasm could implode under gravities unstoppable accelerating forces setting off a cascading chain reaction of events. The seawater column will thrust downward as gravity will accelerate it through empty space, a cataclysmic vortex will form to relieve resonant pressures. If ignited from static discharges the forces could escalate and blow out a huge crater.

  • Not for the faint of heart... As the Trans-Atlantic / BP Geyser has not been shut off, and it could be with directional depth charges! Immense greed is at work here... They will defend their damn pipeline to this oil and gas reservoir at all costs. I predict and warn; inevitably this unpredictable geyser will displace out a super massive underground chasm expanding out of control.

  • OMG!

  • Fucking white idiots!

  • @2101silverstein Yeah, white people are the worst! Wouldn't it be great if the whole world was just like Africa and the Middle East. That would be awesome!

  • @realitycheckbaby

Well alright, not all white people but definitely you for sure!

  • @2101silverstein LOL! You tell 'em, buddy! Bang that little drum and do your thing :) And I hope that the baby Jesus sends you a special blessing upon your wee johnson.

  • @2101silverstein Fucking black idiots! Shut up loser!

  • STOP DRILLING FOR OIL! FUCKING WALK OR SOME SHIT!

  • @brianwurst1234 pretty lame comment, not alot would happen without oil unless you live in china where everythings made...

  • reminds me of when i used to unplug my flooded bathtub and say "cool!

  • Comment removed

  • "Drill Baby Drill..."

  • Geez, what a bunch of dopes! This could never happen in the north.

  • @1johncain: ...not in November, anyway.

  • Makes one wonder if this could happen again in a much larger scale....

  • @LovePoetic2 thats a really scary fucking thought

  • this area is all fucked now

  • wonder if the that oil spill and that sinkhole in Guatemala are connected..

  • OIL COMPANY...hahahaha

  • "one of the strangest and most spectacular engineering disasters ever"

Yeah, I don't think spectacular is a good adjective to describe a disaster...

  • @AshyenMagnerus Spectacular means a spectacle. I would say that an entire lake draining into the ground somewhat mysteriously pulling in everything around it is a spectacle.

  • world is amazing
