there's a technique that most singers use where u force ur adams apple to go down, and when u sing, u keep it down there without straining. It makes ur voice sound MUCH fuller, and A LOT better. try it, and u'll not have to strain for notes as much

Yeah idk about forcing your adams apple down but, to sound "fuller" you sing with your diaphragm instead of your head voice aka falsetto.
