The watertight capability of a double-seal ziplock's the MINIMUM I'd expect from any kind of pack to which I'm going to entrust my phone/data/communications/gps ability out on the river, while hiking, while snowboarding/snowmobiling, etc etc etc. How about showing anything of actual USE in real life - the drawcord; the ring that the drawcord clasps to (will it break when you swing it around in a circle?); the seams (slightly firm tug on them, maybe); etc. etc.?
no, the iphone uses capacitive touch to sense very minute electrical pulses that your finger gives off. under water the electrical pulses are nullified.
the song is called perfect timing PERFECT TIMING by ORBA SQUARA. i was also looking for that song so i listened to the lyrics and googled the lyrics and then i found the song hehehe lolz
also, the case is splashproof, seawater rated, good to 10 meters, and tear resistant. I could have sprayed the aquapac with a perfume mister and dropped it on a velvet pillow, but I'm guessing that anyone that has to operate in any sort of lake or oceanic environment might be glad to see that the iphone and aquapac both can take a bit of punishment. If neither was at least a bit jackass proof, neither would be worth purchasing.
I didn't use hot water. I used cold water throughout. the operating temperature for the iphone is 32 F to 95 F, I was probably in the 50F range throughout.
...K although that case is waterproof (Waterproof meaning it will protect it from splashes and what not, doesnt mean that its going to protect it from you throwing it into a toilet, or on the ground. impacts are still bad on stuff. Also the temperature of submerging it in a hot tub, and freezing cold hose water also cant be good for ur phone. Nor can the pressure from the hose directly hitting the screen be any good. In conclusion its splash proof, not jackass proof.
