I used to be an aimboter for a game called crossfire. and I can't apologize enough to the community for what I did!

but one thing that I learned while I was a haker. is the aimboter is only half the problem. the other half is the team that won't kick cause they are greedy and want to win.

there will always be hakers nothing can change that. its up to the players to kick the hakers and make the game fair.

of course this applies to games that have a kicking system!

actually, I'd say more people are playing interactive puzzle games online today; you have to take into consideration old people who play video games for their cognitive and hand-to-eye coordination skills as a part of rehabilitation procedures or due to their need to wind down; people who game casually at work (most of the business world does this); and people too young to own a system or violent games.

For real eh', I've actually had to just stop playing some of my favorite online FPS games just because there are SO many aimbot players. Yo really can't even hope to enjoy the game anymore. Even if your in a full 24 player match and only doucher is using aimbot, the whole match is ruined...I'm no expert player, and I lose A LOT, but I also only play for FUN, and I'll never use one of those cheap programs to fulfill a false ego. It's only a game after all.

Make a new account on the same computer? Get banned again after launching. Steam makes sure that you don't have the same stupid "aimbots/hacks" on your computer after you've been Vac banned. You seriously need to learn about Valve's anti-cheat system.

Nah it has nothing to do with that. It has something to do with Treyach/IW and Activision giving a shit about it. It's possible to ban people using aimbots and even avoid aimbot cheats to enter games, it just requires time and money put into it that's all. But it's no mystery that Activision (which is head of it all) is one, if not THE greediest game company out there, and they would never put money into this, because people still put money into their franchise :)

i personally develop aimbots for a popular site called FPSCHEATS you need to understand your speaking from a competitive gamer perspective, the entire purpose of a game is to have fun, getting your asskicked isnt fun, getting 120 headshots in a row is fun ^_^ liying and pretended to be "legit" is one thing, but as far as i see it paying for a aimbot is just paying extra money to have fun with a game. you veiwing the game as a sport or "us vs them" would have a more "fair play" view on things.

I've been playing games for like 16 years and I'm 20 years old. And I'm proud to admit I suck. I'm great at RPGs and I like playing FPS but I suck at FPS. but you know what I do? I play medic on TF2. And if there's too many medics I play the easiest class, heavy. Because even though there are skilled Heavies anyone can do it and do decent there. Get 2 or 3 kills before you die. I will never aimbot. Because cheating/hacking in multiplayer is for n00bz.

In CSS 60% of people use a hack called triggerbot. Which is basically if the enemy lines up with your cross hairs your gun fires at there head.

Hacking is perfectly okay as long as it doesn't effect other players. For instance, if I hack pokemon to get rare candies to level my pokemon faster, that's fine, but if I hack Call of Duty so I have aimbot, that's just lame.
